Rafael Nel, born on 3 April 2005 (age 21), is a Portuguese striker whose senior career has so far been shaped almost entirely at Sporting CP.
His league record there is modest but clear enough: eight appearances across two seasons, with two goals. The productive spell came in 2025-26, when he scored twice in seven league outings, a useful return without needing dressed up as something larger.
In 2026-27, Nel has made one Liga Portugal appearance for Sporting CP. His profile on Transfermarkt reflects a young forward still building a senior record rather than an established first-team fixture.
For now, Nel’s career is a Sporting CP career: a Portuguese striker with limited but tangible senior minutes, and a record still at an early stage.
