Alfons Amade, born on 12 November 1999 (age 26), is a Mozambique international midfielder currently with Dunfermline Athletic, where he wears number 14. Primarily used in central midfield, he remains a regular first-team presence in 2026-27 rather than a squad name drifting around the edges.
One of his more productive league spells came at Oostende in 2021-22, when he scored twice in 18 appearances. His career has since taken him to Dunfermline, where the work has been steadier than spectacular.
In 2026-27, Amade has made 12 Championship appearances for Dunfermline, along with five in the League Cup, four in the Scottish Cup and four in the Premiership play-offs. Across all competitions for the club, he has made 28 appearances.
He has also remained involved with Mozambique, featuring in Africa Cup of Nations action and making eight appearances in African World Cup qualifying, with one goal. At this stage, his profile is that of an established professional still getting regular football for club and country.
