Robinson's career first took flight in July 2018 when he joined AFC Wimbledon in England's League One. His contribution in his debut season (2022-23) was relatively narrow, making a singular first team appearance in league matches.
In April 2021, Robinson was loaned to Woking in the National League in England. However, by June 2021, he was back with AFC Wimbledon, the loan having reached its end. His record for the 2022-23 season at AFC Wimbledon remained same as his debut, having made one first team appearance in league matches.
A similar pattern continued in January 2022 when he was again loaned out, this time to Hampton & Richmond Borough in the National League South in England. By March 2022, however, he had returned to his parent club, AFC Wimbledon.
By July 2022, Robinson was heading north to Scotland, loaned out to Premiership side Dundee. Here, he started to find his feet, making 29 first team appearances and netting 12 goals in the league during the 2022-23 season. His form dipped in the subsequent season (2023-24), managing 21 appearances and scoring three goals.
January 2023 saw Robinson return to AFC Wimbledon on the completion of his loan. Despite only managing one appearance in his debut season of 2022-23 at AFC Wimbledon, he was again loaned back to Dundee in the same month. His stats here repeated from his previous stint, with a good initial season followed by a quieter one.
It was not until July 2024 that Robinson moved permanently away from AFC Wimbledon, this time to Motherwell in the Scottish Premiership. His inaugural 2024-25 season saw him make 12 first team appearances and score once in league matches. As for the current 2025-26 season at Motherwell, he has yet to make a first team appearance in league matches.
