A year later, he switched allegiances to another League Two Club, Swindon Town. The adventure didn’t end there, in July 2025, Sobowale made another pivotal move; this time transferring from Swindon Town to St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership on an undisclosed fee.
In the ongoing 2025 - 2026 season, Sobowale has already notched up three first-team appearances for St Mirren in league matches. Football, indeed, seems to be a never-ending voyage for this versatile defender.
