Tom Sparrow, born on 3 February 2003 (age 23), is a Welsh centre midfielder whose senior career has been built largely at Motherwell. He wears the number seven shirt and has a current market value of around £85,000, according to Transfermarkt.
Motherwell have given Sparrow the bulk of his first-team football. Across three league seasons he has made 67 league appearances and scored six goals, with 2024–25 his most productive campaign: six goals in 32 league games. That is the spell that gives his career its shape, rather than any brief stop elsewhere.
In 2026–27, Sparrow has made seven league appearances, two in the Scottish Cup and four in Conference League qualifying for Motherwell, giving him 13 appearances across all competitions. His career remains a Motherwell one above all else: steady first-team involvement, with one clear scoring season from midfield.
