Tobi Oluwayemi, born on the 8th of May 2003, heralds from England and presently serves as a goalkeeper for Kilmarnock. Standing at 6ft 2in (1.89m) tall and tipping the scales at 12st 12lb (82kg), Oluwayemi proudly dons the number 20 jersey.
Back in July of 2019, a very fresh-faced Oluwayemi joined the ranks of Celtic in the Scottish Premiership as a trainee. His time at Celtic was punctuated by multiple loan stints to different clubs. To gain some first-team experience and get a taste of competitive football, Oluwayemi was loaned out to several clubs, each time taking the learning and the grind in his stride to come back stronger. Notably, he spent time with Cork City in the Republic of Ireland's First Division in January 2023. Here, he burst onto the scene in his debut season, making two appearances in league matches.
After his loan spell in Cork, he found himself on a stint with Admira Wacker in Austria's 2. Liga in August 2023. His season with Admira Wacker saw him make nine appearances in league matches. Improving with every match, in August 2024, he was then loaned out to Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish Championship where he continued to make strides. Oluwayemi enjoyed a productive season with Dunfermline, making an impressive 30 league appearances for the club.
In June 2025, after the completion of his highly beneficial loan spells, Oluwayemi returned to Celtic. By October of the same year, he was on the move again, this time being loaned out to Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership. Here, in the 2025 - 2026 season, he has made 12 appearances in league matches and seems to be developing well as a consistent and reliable goalkeeper.
