Sivert Mannsverk, hailing from Norway, was born on 8 May 2002, making him a sprightly 23 years of age. He holds the midfield for Ajax with a primary position as a central defensive midfielder. Towering at 6ft (about 1.85m), and tipping the scales at 12st 1lb (nearly 77kg), Mannsverk is an imposing figure in the pitch. Known by his number 16 jersey, Mannsverk has also made a name for himself representing the Norway U21 national team.
According to Transfermarkt, he is currently evaluated at a market worth of about £3.45m. His ties with Ajax are set to remain strong until his contract concludes on the 30th of June, 2028.
Mannsverk first caused ripples on the football field in his debut 2019 season at Sogndal, Norway where he made 16 first team appearances and even scored a goal. He continued his run into the 2020 season making 28 first team appearances for Sogndal and netting four goals. His 2021 season with Sogndal saw him making seven first team appearances and scoring once.
With the 2021 season at Molde in Norway, he continued his trajectory with 14 first team appearances. Throughout the 2022 season at Molde, he strengthened his portfolio with 25 first team appearances and one successful goal. In the following 2023 season at Molde, Mannsverk clocked in 16 first team appearances and bagged three goals.
Mannsverk then switched gears and moved to the Netherlands for the 2023-2024 season with Ajax, making 13 first team appearances. He also represented Jong Ajax with three first team appearances in the same season.
In the 2024-2025 season, his second stint with Ajax, Mannsverk made two first team appearances, also making a notable three first team appearances for Jong Ajax. This season also marked his move to England where he made 14 first team appearances for Cardiff City.
Adding more diversity to his career, Mannsverk also participated in the Conference League 2023-2024 for Ajax with two starts and one appearance as a substitute.
