Sam Nicholson, born on 20 January 1995 (age 31), is a Scottish left winger with Livingston, where he wears the number 10 shirt. His current market value is around £85,000, according to Transfermarkt.
His strongest league season came at Hearts in 2014–15, when he scored five goals in 29 appearances. That remains the clearest marker of his attacking output at senior level, a decent return from wide areas without needing the usual soft-focus treatment.
At Livingston, Nicholson has made one Scottish Cup appearance in 2026–27, which is also his recorded total for the club across all competitions. His career to this point is that of a Scottish wide player who made his main early impression at Hearts and is now part of Livingston’s squad.
