Paulo Oliveira (born 8 January 1992, age 34) is a Portuguese central defender with SC Braga, and remains a regular first-team presence in 2025-2026.
He was already established in Vitória SC’s first team by 2012-13, when he made 18 league appearances and scored one goal, still his most productive league season. That is hardly a centre-half’s main currency, but it gives a clear marker of where his senior career had properly taken hold.
His career has since brought him to Braga, where he is still being used rather than merely carried. In 2025-2026 he has made 17 Liga Portugal appearances and four in the Europa League, giving him 21 appearances in all competitions for the club.
