Born in the Netherlands on 3rd August 1989, defender Nick Viergever has made an illustrious career with an unwavering proclivity towards his trade. Nick Viergever's football journey initially took off with Sparta Rotterdam in the Netherlands' Eredivisie league in July 2008. His debut season 2008-2009 saw him making a solitary appearance, which rapidly amped up to 29 league matches in the following season. Subsequently, in July 2010, Viergever transferred to fellow Eredivise team AZ for an undisclosed fee. During his four-season tenure at AZ, he appeared in a total of 110 league matches and scored five goals.
