Michael Ruth, born 8 January 2002, is a forward hailing from Scotland presently lending his prowess to Queen’s Park as their principal striker. The Scot stands 5ft 9in (1.76m) tall and sees the scales tip at 10 stone 3 pounds (65kg). He cuts a familiar figure on the field, emblazoned with the number 9 on his jersey.

For his initial football stomping grounds, Ruth found himself at Aberdeen. His grass roots year of 2020 - 2021 saw him making a singular appearance for the first team. In the following season of 2021 - 2022, he took to the field thrice for Aberdeen's primary squad.

By the time 2022-2023 season rolled around, Ruth found himself dressing for Queen of The South, where he would make 17 appearances on the pitch for their first team.

Queen's Park was then graced with his presence for the League Cup during the 2025-2026 season. The striker flaunted his skills, scoring a goal in his lone start and even when he appeared as a substitute.
