Mario Pašalić, a German-born Croatian footballer, was born on 9 February 1995, which at present would make him 29 years old. Standing at 6 foot 1 inch (1.86m) tall and weighing 12 stone 3 pounds (78kg), he operates primarily as a central midfielder for Italian Serie A club, Atalanta, where he sports the number 8 jersey. Besides playing at a club level, Pašalić has also donned the colours for the Croatia national team.

Despite being a midfielder, his goal-scoring exploits rose to double digits in the 2021 - 2022 season, scoring 13 league goals in 37 appearances. At present, in the 2024 - 2025 Atalanta season, Pašalić has played in eight league matches and has scored once.
