Luis Palma, a forward hailing from Honduras and born on the 17th of January 2000, currently serves his football prowess to Olympiacos, playing primarily as a left winger. Standing at 5ft 8in (1.75m) and weighing in at 11st 2lb (71kg), he dons the number 50 jersey. In addition to his club commitments, Palma has also had the honour of representing his home country, Honduras, on the international stage.
In January 2022, Palma embarked on his first significant journey in club football by moving from Vida in the League Teams in Honduras to Aris FC in the Greek Super League, for a fee that has not been made public. During his time at Aris FC, his performances were impressive. He boasted a total of 41 first team appearances with 13 goals to his name over two-and-a-bit seasons in Greece.
In 2023 Palma made waves with his transfer to Celtic, Scottish Premiership heavyweights, for a fee of around Β£3.4m. His time at Celtic saw him don the green and white hooped jersey for a total of 36 times and record seven goals over the course of around a season-and-a-half. As a Celt, he put in some memorable performances which stand testament to his unique football talents.
However, the football journey of this Honduran starlet took a twist when he was loaned out from Celtic to Olympiacos in Greece in February 2025. In the ongoing 2024-2025 season, Palma has so far made seven appearances for Olympiacos in league matches, with his current tenure promising to offer further potential opportunities for growth.
Additionally, an impressive feat of Palma's football career includes his participation in the Europa League 2024 - 2025 for Olympiacos, in which he made one start and one appearance as a substitute, a worthy addition to his steadily growing list of footballing accolades.
