With a birthdate of 15 March 2005, Kian Leslie is a 20-year-old football professional hailing from Scotland. He primarily serves as a right winger, currently under the banner of Kilmarnock, a Scottish Premiership outfit. Leslie's physicality can perhaps be attributed to his compact 5ft 4in (1.65m) frame that carries a weight of 10st 5lb (66kg). The number 27 can be spotted on the back of his jersey, as he performs his duties on the field.
The young Scotsman has garnered a reputation for being a journeyman, given his career trajectory so far. In October 2025, he returned to Kilmarnock from a loan spell at Queen of the South, a League One entity. Clausula de that marked the end of a distinct chapter in Leslie's experiences, his foray into League One action.
This incident, however, was not Leslie's first interaction with the concept of loans. In July 2023, he had been loaned out from Kilmarnock to Clyde, competing in League Two. It was during this term, he honed his abilities against the rugged defences of Scotland's fourth tier. Subsequently, in June 2024, Kilmarnock beckoned him back from Clyde.
In the same vein, Leslie's career saw him once again dispatched on loan, this time to Elgin City in League Two, in September 2024. After another stint refining his craft, he returned to the Premiership side in June 2025. Yet, Leslie's voyages through the lower tiers of Scottish football were not finished. In September 2025, he was once again loaned out, making his way to Queen of the South in League One. At present, Leslie has returned to his parent club, Kilmarnock, as he prepares for further challenges.
