Kelle Roos was born on the 31st of May 1992 in the Netherlands. At 1.96m (6ft 5in) tall and weighing 90kg (14st 2lb), Roos cuts an imposing figure in the net, making him an ideal goalkeeper. Donning the No. 13 jersey, Roos currently plies his trade for Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership. His current market value is approximately £233k, this according to Transfermarkt.
Roos began his footballing journey in his native Netherlands, playing for NEC Nijmegen in the Eredivisie before transferring to RKSV Nuenen in the Topklasse. He moved across the channel in November 2013, signing for Nuneaton Town in England, where he made nine appearances in his debut season.
In January 2014, Roos moved up the pyramid to play in the Championship with Derby County, concluding his transfer for a fee of around £21.5k. His tenure at Derby County was dotted with loan spells, interspersed with his appearances for the Rams. He made several appearances for Derby in various seasons, most noteworthy of which are 16 in 2018 - 2019, 22 in 2019 - 2020, 14 in 2020 - 2021, and 18 in 2021 - 2022.

Before his final departure from Derby County, Roos enjoyed loan spells at Port Vale, where he recorded eight league appearances in the 2017 - 2018 season, and Plymouth Argyle, where he made four official appearances.
In July 2022, Roos transitioned from English football to the Scottish Premiership, signing for Aberdeen. His time at Aberdeen saw him feature in 31 league games in the 2022 - 2023 season and 37 in 2023 - 2024. From Scotland, Roos undertook a brief Italian sojourn, signing for Serie C side Triestina in 2024. Before long, however, he returned to England, this time suiting up for League Two's Notts County in 2025.
Roos moved back to Scottish football in January 2026, signing with Kilmarnock. Currently in his first season with Killie, Roos has played in 11 league games. Additionally, he's also had the privilege of starting in a Scottish Cup game in the 2025 - 2026 season, further showcasing his abilities.
