Josip Juranovic, born on August 16, 1995, in Croatia, has carved out a notable career as a proficient defender and right back. However, come January 2023, Juranović turned a new leaf and transferred from Celtic to Union Berlin in Germany. An impressive fee of around £7.5m was agreed upon for his services. His performance in Germany's Bundesliga hasn't disappointed, making 12 first team appearances and scoring twice in the 2022 - 2023 season. In the subsequent seasons (2023 - 2025), Juranović proved his reliability by taking to the field on multiple occasions and contributing significantly to Union Berlin's campaigns.
