Joshua Brenet, born on 20 March 1994 (age 32), is a Curaçao international right-back now with Kayserispor. He has spent his career moving between different leagues and roles, with his best attacking return coming at FC Twente in 2022-23, when he scored seven goals in 32 league appearances.
That Twente season remains the clearest marker of his productivity from full-back. He was not just filling a defensive station; he was contributing in the final third often enough to matter, which is not always a given for players in his position.
In 2025-26, Brenet played 14 league matches for Livingston before moving on to Kayserispor, where he made 11 league appearances. He was also active for Curaçao during the same season, featuring five times in World Cup qualifying for North and Central America and twice at the Gold Cup.
Brenet’s career has been that of an established senior right-back rather than a headline name: productive at his peak with Twente, briefly seen in Scotland with Livingston, and now continuing in Turkey with Kayserispor.
