Jordan Smith, born on 8 December 1994 (age 31), is an English goalkeeper with Hibernian, where he wears squad number 13.
His career is tied most closely to Nottingham Forest. Early loan spells gave him the sort of senior football young goalkeepers usually need before anyone quite trusts them with anything more serious. From there, he worked his way into Forest’s first-team picture.
Smith made 47 league appearances for Nottingham Forest across four seasons. His busiest campaign came in 2016-17, when he played 15 league matches. It was enough to make Forest the clear centre of his professional career, rather than just another stop on the way.
He later moved on to Hibernian. His most recent appearance came in Hibs’ 1-2 defeat by Celtic on 3 May 2026, and he has been out of the matchday squad in recent weeks.
Smith’s career has been that of a steady professional goalkeeper, shaped above all by his Forest years and now continuing in Scotland with Hibernian.
