Arriving on this mortal coil on the 29th of October, 1996, the Scottish baller identified as Harry Milne has managed to make playing as a left back defender look relatively effortless, although this achievement may be debatable depending on which spectating faction you happen to be part of. Currently, Milne can be found donning the number 18 jersey for the illustrious Hearts (please note the sarcasm) where he flexes his defensive muscles. Our starlit player has the vertical prowess of 6ft (1.83m for the metrically minded) and tips the scales at around 11st 13lb (or 76kg).
Now buckle up because we are diving into the abstract world of football finances. According to our friends at Transfermarkt (heads up, it's an external link), young Harry is valued at around £470k. Quite the hefty sum….for a packet of biscuits.
Flashback to July 2015, where we find Milne moving his footballing wares to Cove Rangers, who languish in the League One in Scotland. Fast forward to July 2022, and our dear Harry decides it's high time for a change of scenery and transfers to Partick Thistle in the Championship. For the keen statisticians amongst us, he clocked up 28 appearances and netted four goals in his debut season. The following season was noticeably less prolific with 34 matches and just the three goals. It seems our boy Harry decided to take it easy in his 2024 - 2025 season with a paltry 17 appearances and three goals
Feeling restless, or perhaps just bored of the décor, in February 2025 Milne stoically packed up his kit bag and embarked on a new adventure with Hearts in the Premiership. The fee uttering those two cheeky words every transfer headlines loves - undisclosed. As you might expect, Milne’s debut season at Hearts was nothing to write home about - serving three first team appearances. Currently, in the 2025-2026 season, Milne has graced the pitch with his presence 20 times, contributing a lonesome goal.
Since his arrival, Milne has extended his participation to joining in the cavorting fun of the 2025 - 2026 League Cup, featuring three starts, a single substitute appearance and a cameo role in the Scottish Cup of the same year with a single start. No doubt these are facts he will be sharing with the grandkids.
