Gaoussou Diarra (born 21 November 2002, age 23) is a Malian left winger with Feyenoord, where he wears number 27. His current market value is around £2m, according to Transfermarkt.
His career so far is shaped most clearly by Istanbulspor. In the 2024-25 league season he made 33 appearances and scored 15 goals, a return that stands well ahead of anything else on his senior record to date. For a wide player still in his early twenties, that was the spell that gave his profile some substance rather than just potential.
At Feyenoord in 2026-27, Diarra has made seven appearances across all competitions, including Eredivisie and Europa League outings. He has also been involved with Mali, making four African World Cup qualifying appearances and scoring once.
Diarra remains a developing player rather than a settled name at his current level. Istanbulspor gave him his main body of work; Feyenoord and Mali are now the stages on which the next part of his career is being tested.
