Born on the 7th of May 1999, 25 year-old Fraser Murray is a Scottish footballer who mainly operates as a left winger for Kilmarnock. Standing at a height of 6ft (1.83m) and tipping the scales at 11st (70kg), Murray dons the number 15 shirt for the side.
Murray's journey into professional football started in July 2015, when he joined Hibernian as a trainee. During his debut season in 2016 - 2017 with Hibernian, he made a pair of first team appearances in league matches. This trend continued into the 2017 - 2018 season, where he once again featured twice for the first team. The 2018 - 2019 season saw Murray receive further opportunities, making six appearances on the pitch. In the 2019 - 2020 season, he stepped up his game, being involved in seven league battles for Hibernian.
September 2020 marked a new chapter in Murray's career when he moved from Hibernian to Dunfermline Athletic on a loan deal. Nevertheless, his time at Dunfermline was relatively short-lived as he made a permanent switch from Hibernian to Kilmarnock in July 2021.
His performance with Kilmarnock has been consistent over the years. In the 2022 - 2023 season, Murray made 19 first team appearances, followed by 15 in the following season. The current season of 2024 - 2025 has been his most fruitful so far, with 25 appearances and three goals to his name.
Murray's contributions extend beyond the regular league games. He took part in the League Cup 2024 - 2025 for Kilmarnock starting in one match, and also the Scottish Cup 2024 - 2025 for Kilmarnock where he started once again. Murray further featured in the Europa League Qualifiers and Conference League Qualifiers for Kilmarnock in the 2024 - 2025 season, making two appearances as a substitute in each.
