Ege Tıknaz, born on 17 August 2004 (age 21), is a Turkish central midfielder with SC Braga. At 6ft 4in (1.93m), he brings an imposing frame to the middle of the pitch, though his career so far has been about establishing himself rather than inviting grand claims.
His most productive league season came at Rio Ave in 2024-25, when he scored four goals in 28 appearances. That was a useful step in Portugal, giving him regular senior football and a clearer profile beyond Turkey.
In 2025-26, Tıknaz made 10 league appearances for Besiktas before adding another 10 for SC Braga. His market value is around £4.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
Still in the early part of his senior career, Tıknaz has already moved between Turkish and Portuguese football and is now trying to build a stable place at Braga.
