Davide Bartesaghi, born on 29 December 2005 (age 20), is an Italian left-back whose senior career has been shaped almost entirely at AC Milan. At 6ft 4in (1.93m), he is a commanding full-back rather than the usual small, skittering model in that position.
Wearing squad number 33, Bartesaghi has made 45 league appearances for Milan across four seasons, scoring twice. His most productive league campaign came in 2025–26, when he scored two goals in 31 appearances, a useful return for a young defender still settling into senior football.
In 2026–27, he has made seven appearances for Milan in all competitions, with four in Serie A and three in the Europa League. His current market value is around £18.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
Bartesaghi remains a developing Italian defender at a large club, with his career so far tied closely to Milan and his next step likely to depend on how much regular football he can turn those early appearances into.
