David Marshall, born on 5 March 1985 (age 41), came through at Celtic as a trainee before building the bulk of his career elsewhere. A commanding 6ft 3in (1.90m) Scottish goalkeeper, he had his most substantial league involvement at Celtic in 2003-04, making 11 appearances.
