Darian Males is a firm fixture on the pitch of Young Boys Bern where he commands his position as a central attacking midfielder. Born in Switzerland on 3 May 2001, he is a robust 6ft 2in (1.88m) tall player who weighs in at 11st 13lb (76kg). Males' journey in professional football started in July 2016 when Luzern in the Super League in Switzerland enlisted him as a trainee. In his debut season (2019 - 2020), he demonstrated a promising start with 19 first team appearances and one goal in league matches to his name.
After Luzern his suitability for Serie A in Italy was noted by Inter Milan who transferred him for around £3.2m in September 2020. His time there, however, was interspersed with loan stints.
