Conor McMenamin, originating from Northern Ireland on 24 August 1995 (29 years of age), plies his trade as a forward, deploying primarily as a right winger for St Mirren. His 6ft (1.83m) stature and weight of 11st 2lb (71kg) grants him impressive physicality on the pitch. As the wearer of jersey number 10, McMenamin commands a certain respect.
McMenamin’s football journey began in earnest when he joined Premiership outfit Linfield in Northern Ireland in July 2012. He took part in four first team league matches in his debut season (2012 - 2013), before featuring three times the subsequent season. Nearing the mid-2010s, in July 2015, he transferred to fellow Premiership side Glentoran. McMenamin's tenure there saw him made 17 first team appearances and score one goal in league matches during the 2015 - 2016 season. He managed to significantly improve on this record in the 2022 - 2023 season, registering ten goals over his 28 league appearances.
In July 2016, he decamped to Warrenpoint Town in the First Division of Northern Ireland's leagues. The season of 2017 - 2018 stands out as his most productive during this stint, as he accumulated five goals from 21 first team league appearances.
The close of his tenure at Warrenpoint Town in July 2018 marked the beginning of his time with Premiership side Cliftonville – this time, for an undisclosed fee. McMenamin’s career route meandered back to Glentoran in January 2021, where he once again transferred for an undisclosed amount. His second spell at Glentoran in the 2022-2023 season proved fruitful, racking up ten just as in the previous spell.
The year 2023 brought fresh horizons for McMenamin, specifically Scotland's Premiership side, St Mirren, who acquired his services for approximately £130k. His inaugural season (2023 - 2024) involved 27 first team appearances and attainment of one goal in league matches. Currently, in the 2024 - 2025 season, he has made 11 first team appearances and has already quadrupled his goal tally of the previous season.
