Benjamin Tahirovic (born 3 March 2003, age 23) is a Bosnia and Herzegovina international midfielder currently with Brondby. A tall, rangy central defensive midfielder at 6ft 3in (1.91m), he is valued at around £4m by Transfermarkt.
His most productive league season came at Ajax in 2023-24, when he scored two goals in 26 appearances. That spell gave him a firmer senior platform before his move into Danish football with Brondby, where he has continued his development rather than arrived as a finished article.
He has also been involved with Bosnia-Herzegovina this season, making four World Cup appearances and 10 European World Cup qualifying appearances, scoring once. For a player still in his early twenties, that international exposure is a useful part of the picture.
