Ben Summers, a young Scottish football talent, was born on the 16th of June 2004, making him 21 years of age. He was born and raised in Scotland. Standing at 1.71m (5ft 7in) tall and weighing in at 66kg (10st 5lb), he is a middling presence on the pitch, but it's his ability as a central attacking midfielder that sets him apart. Blossoming within Celtic FC, he dons the number 35 jersey.
Summers began his journey with Celtic in July 2019, joining them as a trainee. His debut season with the club was in 2022-2023, during which he made two first team appearances in league matches. Currently, in the 2025-2026 season, he has yet to make an appearance.
In a bid to gain more experience and play time, in August 2023, he was transferred from Celtic to Dunfermline Athletic, a club in the Championship in Scotland, on a loan deal. During the 2023-2024 season at Dunfermline Athletic, Summers made an impressive 20 first-team appearances and netted two goals.
Upon the completion of his successful loan spell, Summers returned to Celtic in June 2024. During the 2024-2025 season at Admira Wacker, he made 19 first team appearances and scored two goals.
In June 2025, having completed his loan spell at Admira Wacker, Summers returned to Celtic. Despite his experiences on loan, during the current 2025-2026 season at Celtic, he hasn't yet made a league appearance.
Summers has truly experienced the ebb and flow of football life, making significant strides in his career within a short span of time. And still at the tender age of 21, the future holds much for this young Scottish midfielder.
