Beau Reus

Beau Reus of Heart of Midlothian was born in Oudorp, Netherlands on 30 October 2001 (age 24).

Beau Reus, born on 30 October 2001 (age 24), is a Dutch goalkeeper with Hearts. At 6ft 6in (1.98m), he is an imposing figure, which is a useful starting point for a keeper wearing the number 1 shirt.

His early senior football included a spell with Jong AZ, where he made 15 league appearances in the 2020-21 season. The serious body of his career, though, was built at Beveren. Across four seasons there, Reus made 121 league appearances, giving that spell far more weight than the rest of his CV to date.

At Hearts in 2026-27, he has made eight league appearances, along with two in the League Cup, one in Europa League qualifying and two in Conference League qualifying. That gives him 13 appearances across all competitions for the club.

Reus’s career to this point is a straightforward one: developed in the Netherlands, established properly at Beveren, and now continuing in Scotland with Hearts.
