Badredine Bouanani, born on 8 December 2004 (age 21), is an Algeria international winger now with Rangers. A right-sided attacker, he has already built most of his senior career around Nice rather than any grand tour of clubs.
Nice gave him the main platform. Across four seasons there, he made 54 league appearances and scored three league goals, with the 2024–25 campaign his most productive: three goals in 26 league matches. An early loan spell also formed part of that development, giving him senior minutes away from the club that still shapes the bulk of his record.
His move to Rangers has so far been a small chapter. In 2026–27, he has made one league appearance and one League Cup appearance, and his form this season has been solid and consistent rather than spectacular. His current market value is around £10m, according to Transfermarkt.
