Armstrong Oko-Flex, born in Dublin on 2 March 2002 (age 24), is a Republic of Ireland winger whose early career carried a clear Celtic strand before his senior football developed elsewhere.
He joined Celtic from Arsenal in September 2018, a move that placed him in a club where young wide players are never short of scrutiny. His time in Glasgow was part of his development rather than the period that settled his professional standing, and in July 2021 he left Celtic for West Ham United.
After West Ham, his career moved through Botev Plovdiv and Levski Sofia, with a more established spell also coming at FC Zurich. His best league return came at Botev Plovdiv in 2025-26, when he scored six goals in 14 appearances.
By 2026-27 he was with Levski Sofia, primarily operating from the left. He has made seven appearances across all competitions for the club, scoring twice in Champions League qualifying.
