In September 2018, he transferred from Arsenal to the Premiership's Celtic for an undisclosed fee. During his debut season (2020 - 2021) at Celtic, Oko-Flex made rare appearances in the first team, featuring only in two league matches.
His tenure at Celtic ended in July 2021 when he secured a transfer to West Ham United, again for an undisclosed sum. Once his loan term came to an end in January 2023, Oko-Flex returned to his parent club, West Ham. Merely seven months later, in August 2023, he transferred once more, this time to his current squad, FC Zurich in the Super League in Switzerland. Oko-Flex enjoyed a fairly positive 2023 - 2024 season with FC Zurich, making 17 first team appearances and scoring twice. In the current 2024 - 2025 season, he has featured six times on the field.
Notably, Oko-Flex has also participated in the Conference League Qualifiers 2024 - 2025 for FC Zurich, making one start while also being called upon as a substitute thrice.
