Andrew Arnott

Andrew Arnott of Motherwell was born in Wishaw, Scotland on 7 May 2008 (age 17).

Born under the Scottish skies on 7th May, 2008 (now aged 17), Andrew Arnott made his mark in the world of football as a strong and reliable defender. Emerging from the Celtic academy ranks, Arnott showcased a brand of football that was brimming with Scottish grit. In the years following his birth, a defender was moulded, primarily playing in the right back position, that would go on to leave an indelible mark on Scottish football.

After proving his worth amongst the Celtic youth teams, Arnott ascended into the senior team. Whilst donning the mighty green and white jersey, the Scotsman generated a reputation for his defensive rigor and offensive boldness. Arnott played for two meandering yet fruitful seasons at the core of the Celtic defence, wearing the number 33 jersey, an emblem that later touched the hearts of his followers at Motherwell.

Arnott's allegiance to Celtic, however, was a tale of love and separation. After remarkable progress and experiences, he eventually embarked on a new journey, signing for Motherwell in a key defensive role. Arnott adapted swiftly, retaining the number 33 jersey which symbolises his journey - a nod to the past, an emblem of progression.

The lad born on a May morning in 2008 in Scotland, matured into an untiring defender, playing primarily as a right back, and in his short career thus far, Arnott has etched his tale from the Celtic Park to Motherwell's home turf. Throughout his journey, he has continued to exhibit passion, grit, and a never-say-die Scottish spirit.
