Adil Aouchiche, born in France on 15 July 2002, is now a spritely 23-year-old currently plying his trade as a central attacking midfielder for Aberdeen of the Scottish Premiership. This midfielder, donning the number 7 jersey, stands at 5ft 11in (1.81m) tall and weighs in at 11st 4lb (72kg).

Starting his collective footballing journey with Paris Saint-Germain in the top tier of French football, Ligue 1, Aouchiche's trainee years commenced in 2014. In his debut 2019 - 2020 season, he made a standalone appearance for the Paris Saint-Germain first team.
A decisive shift from Ligue 1 to Ligue 2 occurred in July 2020 when his journey with Paris Saint-Germain concluded and a new chapter with Saint-Etienne began. Within his first season (2020 - 2021), he made his presence known with 34 first-team appearances and two goals to his name. An undisclosed fee then led to Aouchiche's transfer from Lorient over to Sunderland within the English Premier League in September 2023. Across his initial Sunderland seasons (2023 - 2024 and 2024 - 2025), Aouchiche scored two goals across 36 first-team league appearances.
The midfielder then found his boots on loan at Portsmouth, part of England's Championship, for half a season in 2025 where he managed to make 12 first-team appearances, scoring once. Upon the completion of this season, he returned to Sunderland before his wheels were once more set in motion leading him to Aberdeen in July 2025.
Currently, in his debut 2025 - 2026 season with Aberdeen, Aouchiche has made a solid impact with 15 first-team appearances and three goals. Not only has he been involved in the league campaign for Aberdeen, but he has also participated in the League Cup, Europa League Qualifiers, and Conference League, making two and four starts respectively.
