Adam Mayor, born 10 April 2005 (age 21), is an English left-back with Hibernian. Compact at 5ft 7in (1.70m), he is still in the early part of his senior career, but the main substance of it so far sits with Morecambe.
His 2022-23 season at Morecambe remains the clearest stretch of first-team football on his record: 26 league appearances and three goals. For a young full-back, that was a proper run rather than a token look, and it is still the spell that defines him more than any other.
At Hibernian in 2026-27, Mayor has made nine league appearances and scored once. He has also played twice in the League Cup, scoring once, and made six appearances in Conference League qualifying, taking him to 17 appearances and two goals across all competitions for the Edinburgh club.
Mayor’s career to date is a developing one: a meaningful season at Morecambe, followed by a growing role at Hibernian. The Morecambe spell remains the benchmark.
